‘Poison Is Medicine’, Khyentse Rinpoche’s new book is written largely in response to the rising thunderbolt debate, to clear the dark clouds of “misunderstandings and misapprehensions” that arose in the aftermath of the
Vajrayana guru-related scandals.

"It’s, by far, the most perceptive and significant contribution to get the house of Tibetan Buddhism in order after the sex scandals."

That remains to be seen, this space will closely watch & read this book and keep pressuring for the entire truths to come out : the role of tibetan buddhist "masters" legitimizing predators for short term fame, their role in "not criticizing" obvious charlatan that are money-making machine for the cause, their role in staying silent, hiding behind western justice systems failure to declare it's up to the justice to condemn abuses, it's up to the survivors to out their abusers, it's basically up to victims to hunt down their abusers because these high lamas and so called vajrayana masters are too busy defending their business to dare be pointing the fingers at criminals in red robe.
