Trump's envoy Kellogg arrives in Kyiv

Keith Kellogg, U.S. President Donald Trump’s special envoy for Ukraine, arrived in Kyiv on Feb. 19.

Kellogg is visiting Kyiv shortly after the U.S. and Russian delegations held talks - without Ukraine’s participation-  in Saudi Arabia on ending the war.
