Russia's Saratov oil refinery halts operations after Ukrainian drone strike, Bloomberg reports
The refinery, owned by Rosneft, was damaged in a drone attack on Aug. 10. It is the third Russian refinery this month to suspend production due to Ukrainian strikes.
