Ukraine’s Forces disabled two aircraft as well as a line-production and a pumping-compressor station, along with other strategic facilities belonging to Russian forces, the General Staff said in a statement on its Telegram channel.

Overnight into Tuesday, September 23, Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, together with other Ukrainian units, conducted precision strikes on a line production dispatching station known as “8-N” near Naytopovychi in Russia’s Bryansk region. The facility is part of the “8-N” – “Steel Horse” trunk oil pipeline complex and is considered strategically important for supplying fuel to Russia’s armed forces, according to the statement.

Ukrainian forces also struck a pumping-compressor station and another line production dispatching station in Russia’s Samara region. Those facilities mix different grades of crude to produce Russia’s Urals export blend, the General Staff said.

Separately, Ukraine’s military intelligence (GUR) hit two Russian aircraft at the Kacha military airfield in Russian-occupied Crimea, according to the statement.

The General Staff added that the results and extent of damage to Russian equipment and facilities are still being assessed.
