The Pokrovsk axis is currently one of the hottest spots on the front line, with Russian forces concentrating significant resources there, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said. )

Zelensky said Ukraine’s commander-in-chief, Oleksandr Syrskyi, delivered a report on November 22 covering the situation at the front, Russian disinformation operations and their plans.

“The most difficult is Pokrovsk — the entire axis — with significant Russian forces, more than 150,000, continuing assaults. Every day, most of the attacks are there; this has been going on for many months. It is important that our warriors, our units, are destroying the occupier. We are conducting counteroffensive actions,” he said.

According to Zelensky, Ukrainian troops are holding positions along the border of Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions, as well as in Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia regions, including the Orikhiv and Huliaipole sectors.

Earlier, we reported that Ukraine’s Defense Forces are holding certain lines in the northern part of the city of Pokrovsk in Donetsk region.
