Do leaked CCTV videos really show Israeli missiles striking Iranian missile bases? No, that's not true: Clips in a viral video with that description contain several glitches typical of AI generated footage. It was published by an account that has posted AI-generated imagery in the past.
The video appeared in a post on Instagram (archived here) where it was published by an account named @kaabusia on December 1, 2025 with a caption that read:

There was no specific AI disclaimer in the post or in the video, but it contained several glitches typical of AI footage:

The glitches included:
- An object that seemingly couldn't decide if it was a shelf, a map or a screen with a map on it.
- A glitchy clock with oddly shaped digits on it.
- A bizarrely-sized keyboard partly covered by a piece of paper next to two pairs of very distorted headphones, each with one earpiece only.
- A desk that is seemingly part of the floor.
- Shadows that don't match the objects next to them and the shadow of a man running by pointing in a different direction.
This assessment was confirmed by AI detection tool Hive, which said the video was 99.8% "likely to contain AI-generated or deepfake content":
