

Donald Trump said that the U.S. will “run” Venezuela following its overnight strikes and capture of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro with his wife.
“We’re going to run the country until such time as we can do a safe, proper and judicious transition,” Trump announced at Mar-a-Lago in Florida, saying that the risk of someone else taking over was too great.
