After Russian air defense missile hit a house in Adygea, human body fragments found under the rubble

On the evening of January 20, 2026, the village of Novaya Adygea in Russia was hit by what authorities claim was an enemy UAV attack, damaging 12 apartment buildings and forcing 27 people to evacuate temporarily. However, an investigation and video analysis suggest it was a Russian air defense missile that struck residential homes. The strike caused injuries to 13 people, 9 of whom were hospitalized, and during rubble clearing, fragments of human bodies were found.
