Kadyrov ally urges Putin to back Iran against the U.S. and Israel, warns Russia is next

Apti Alaudinov, commander of Chechnya’s “Akhmat” special forces, says he is “ready to go today” to fight the United States and Israel on Iran’s side.

A key associate of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov effectively called on Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to enter a war with the U.S. and Israel on Iran’s side.

Alaudinov, who leads the “Akhmat” units posted a video message in which, commenting on the Middle East, he urged the Kremlin to arm Iran with Russian weapons and even claimed he was personally ready to fight for Tehran.

Calling the situation in the Middle East difficult, he said Moscow must support its ally “no matter what happens.”

“If it were up to me, I would sell them, transfer to them, probably all types of weapons I have... We need to give Iran everything we can, support them in every possible way. If the country’s leadership made such a decision, calmly, even today, I’m ready to go and stand with them to help repel a ground advance,” the “Akhmat” commander said.

Alaudinov went on to call U.S. President Donald Trump the “Antichrist” and urged Russia to “unite” and “strengthen,” arguing that “the next target for the Americans will be the Russian Federation.”

“Next, unequivocally, will be us, and that should surprise no one. If they manage now to finish off Iran, we will be next, guaranteed,” he added.
