Overnight on March 6, drones from the Security Service of Ukraine’s Alfa special unit struck eight targets in Russian-occupied Crimea, media sources said. Among the targets were an aircraft repair plant in Yevpatoria and the Dzhankoi airfield, both used in the war between Russia and Ukraine. What new losses did Russian bases on the peninsula sustain?
During the attack, SBU drones hit two Pantsir-S2 air defense systems, according to Ukrainska Pravda’s Telegram channel, citing security service sources. In addition, an Iranian-made Mohajer-6 reconnaissance-strike drone was damaged right on the airfield. Other targets included a ZU-23 anti-aircraft gun mounted on a truck, two fuel tankers, and a Forpost UAV control station.
